We are pleased to tell you that the 2020 appeals day will be held on Friday 13th November.
At this time of year we’d normally be busy behind the scenes preparing for the epic two weeks in November - and this year we are just as busy, but with some differences.
This year, and with Coronavirus still among us, we don’t want to ‘pass it on!’ - so 2020 will be the year the relay stayed at home….
We are working on some exciting plans to build on our amazing £480,000 total so far and support BBC Children in Need at a time where it is even more important to support those whose situation or circumstances have been made even more challenging.
So although we won’t be relaying around the country, we WILL have SPOTS (and ideas of how to use them) that are available through the shop tab; we WILL have limited edition tops and hoodies in this year’s colour with our unique 2020 ‘stayed at home’ logo and other merchandise and we WILL have some virtual fun to join in with in the build up to the BBC CiN Appeal Day. We aim to launch the shop during the August bank holiday so watch this space.
