That Infectious smile!

That infectious smile, that want to help and support the instructors at every BLR, it’s never going to be the same.
I’ve seen Lou over the years at the Wirral event but only really spoke to her properly when I stood in at Prescot-Birkenhead last year, honestly couldn’t have asked for more support! Lou made everyone smile and she will missed by so many people!

An inspirational lady

I was lucky enough to go on some of Lou’s courses. Lou was so knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. She had a gift for making everyone feel valued and special . She had a wicked sense of humour too!
My deepest sympathies go to Blaine and her family and friends.

*** Incredibly amazing woman ***

Lou has been the first and only successful person to bring a massive amount of Instructors, of both Franchise and Independent and bring them together for charity. Raising the most amount of money over.the years from any Instructor charity networks. Lou, you were always fun and that smile and laughter of yours will remain in all of us.
Biggest of hugs to all the family.
Please be proud of your wife, sister, daughter, mother. She has created and left a great benchmark amongst a lot of us. She was kind, fun, passionate and willing to share.
Thank you for letting her lead us through the crazy times of the BLR.

Ray of sunshine!

Lou, you are truly missed by 1000’s! You gave me courage at the start of my career to get involved and be a lead car. It filled me with confidence. Then again for car fest and another BLR. I loved our time together and I loved that I managed to give you down time in the BLR to catch up a bit. You will be missed so much.

Lou, a tiny ball of energy and enthusiasm

I only met you once Lou, when I was lead car in one of the relays. You were amazing! Friendly, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. Your passion shone through and I remember thinking what a wonderful ball of energy you were!
I’m so sad you have gone but grateful for the memories you helped me make.
Rest easy now Lou

A beautiful person inside and out.

I first made contact with Lou, via email about my plans for my first standard check. She got back to me within a day with some great advice and she put my mind at ease.
The second time I met Lou was at a standards check workshop in Melksham. She was so lovely, confident and very informative.
The third time I met Lou, I joined the big learner relay from Swindon to Lyneham, I can remember her big smile and her pure happiness.

What Lou has done for our industry is inspirational, the industry will never be the same without her.
I will cherish the knowledge you shared with us.
Your memory will live on

RIP Lou 💗

Farewell Lou Walsh

I hold it true, whate’er befall;
I feel it when I sorrow most;
‘Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

Farewell Lou, you have touched so many hearts.

I’ve met Lou a few times and kicked of BLR with her last year. She was a fun, passionate person with a huge knowledge of the driver training industry. I’ve messaged her with queries numerous times and always had a detailed response. She cared so much for everyone! The loss of Lou is felt nationwide throughout the instructor industry, I’m still in shock.
My thoughts are with her family and friends. Thinking of you all.

One incredible person.

I have never seen so many beautiful tributes to one person.
You touched so many hearts and helped so many people. It really is remarkable how one person helped so many people achieve their dreams in becoming an ADI.
You will always be remembered in so many different ways.
Thank you for everything.
Fly high beautiful Lou xxx

So genuine

I went to two of Lou’s sc training sessions and they were both delivered in a fun but informative manner. After the first one I messaged her with a query and received a very long detailed response that proved that she was passionate about the subject. In the second year of the blr I was the lead car from Worcester to Kidderminster. She was so relaxed, cheerful and chatty on the journey in what must have been a stressful time. Lou was so dedicated to this industry and wanted everyone to succeed. I know the loss must be unbearable for her immediate friends and family, but the whole of this industry has lost a true champion.
